Mr. Kim Allen
Chairperson, Commonwealth Youth Council
A Communications & Development Practitioner with 10+ years in youth and volunteer work, Mr. Kim Allen was instated as Chair of the Commonwealth Youth Council – the recognized voice of over a billion Commonwealth young people – at the Youth Forum during the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Rwanda.
Led by a nine-member executive, the Commonwealth Youth Council acts as a coalition of national youth councils and other youth-led civil society and private sector bodies from across the 54 member countries of the Commonwealth.
Mr. Allen's work focuses advancing the youth development agenda by integrating young people into the development work of the Commonwealth at national, regional, and Pan-Commonwealth levels.
