New York, USA, 11 March 2020 – Mr. Adebola Williams, Co-founder and Group CEO of RED | For Africa, has been appointed as a champion of Generation Unlimited, a global multi-sector partnership to meet the urgent need for expanded education, training and employment opportunities for young people.

Launched in 2018, Generation Unlimited creates public-private partnerships – globally and in countries – to co-create and support investment opportunities, programmes and innovations at a large scale, and to help young people become productive and engaged citizens.

“Our continent is soon to be the most populous and youngest in the world. We need a critical mass of young people with a transformational mindset and a clear vision for the future,” said Adebola Williams. "As a Generation Unlimited Champion, I am honoured to engage, collaborate, and support a new tribe of global citizens – from diverse ethnic, religious, professional, political, and ideological backgrounds – to drive sustainable goals, inspire growth, and make the next few generations truly unlimited."
