A political entrepreneur and activist who works on youth issues and citizen participation, Napoleón is the Youth Director of Nuestro Tiempo, a new political party for young people in El Salvador. Moreover, he is the co-founder of Censura Cero, a legal youth organization seeking to encourage youth opinion and participation in issues of national and international interest.
